Do you offer Free Samples?
We do not offer free samples or material kits at this time. You can, however, order 1 sample of almost any of our packaging. Custom samples are the best way to know it's the right fit for your product.
Do you provide proofs before production?
Yes, we offer free PDF proofs for review that you’ll receive within 24 business hours. Note that production turnaround doesn’t start until your artwork is approved, and to help avoid delays we will bypass your approval 3 business days after generating your proof if we haven’t yet received your feedback or approval.
Do you charge extra based on the number of colors and ink coverage?
We don't add fees for ink coverage or the number of colors on digital prints. Our products come in a variety of color options to suit different needs. Plus, with Maodeng Printing, you see the total price immediately with our real-time pricing.
Do you charge for plates and dies? Are there any hidden costs?
No. There are no hidden fees of any kind. What you see is what you pay.
Do you check my artwork for technical issues like alignment and image resolution?
Yes. We inspect all artworks to make sure they are perfect for printing. If we find a problem, we either fix it, or get in touch with you for futher instruction. We are not resonsible for misspelling and wrong content.
